Darjeeling (2nd Flush)
Darjeeling is a classic Indian black tea that’s been nicknamed the “Champagne of Teas”. This Second Flush was harvested in the summer at the Sungma tea estate in Darjeeling. Light mineral aroma, stone fruit, and a floral sweetness at the end. A light black tea with a distinct muscat grape notes and a golden liquor.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 212°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 3 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
High amount of caffeine.
