Jasmine Black
A rare Chinese tea, this black tea is grown in high altitude on the Song Luo Mountain, in the Anhui province. These leaves are then hand rolled and oxidized, and layered with night-blooming Jasmine flowers. The result is this beautiful tea, that has the mesmerizing taste and scent of jasmine, mixed with a lightly malty black tea. Truly so delicious! A must try for jasmine lovers.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 200°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 4 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Moderate level of caffeine.
