From the Yeisheng Tea Cooperative in the Xuan En, Hubei region of China, this tea is crafted from three different styles of tea—roasted, steamed and oven-baked. An amazingly smooth everyday tea, with strong notes of pineapple (yes!) and undertones of roasted chestnut. Delicious hot or iced.
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 180°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 3 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
