Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: Temp: 212°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 5-20 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Ingredients: Valerian Root, Honeybush, Chamomile, Spearmint, Passion flower, Lemon Balm, and Lavender.
No caffeine.
