Quangzhou Milk Oolong
This exquisite Chinese-produced oolong delivers an almost buttery creaminess alongside a silky, full milk flavor. While traditional Milk Oolongs from Taiwan's Jin Xuan Mountains tend to have a milder milk note, our Quangzhou Milk Oolong offers a richer experience. It's almost entirely produced by hand: after harvesting, the tea leaves are washed, withered, and then briefly steamed in a pure milk and water combination while still moist. This natural scenting process infuses the tea with a profound depth of rich flavor. A delectable treat!
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 195°F Amount: 1.5 tsp. of tea. Steep: 2-3 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Ingredients: oolong, lactose.
Moderate amount of caffeine.
