Ingredients: Pumpkin, apple, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric root, cinnamon rods, cloves, cardamom, pink pepper, natural pumpkin flavor
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 212°F Amount: 1 tbsp. of tea. Steep: 7-10 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
No caffeine.
