Salió El Sol Pu'erh + Oolong
A new springtime tea for us, Salió El Sol (or The Sun Came Out in English) is a pu’erh and oolong blend that has a strong hibiscus, mint and elderberry flavor with subtle floral undertones from the rose, and very subtle fruity notes from the coconut, banana and raspberry. Delicious hot or iced, and has the perfect amount of caffeine for a midday pick-me-up. We will only have this tea through May, so get it before it’s gone! ;)
Steeping Suggestions:
Hot: 195°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 4 minutes
Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
Ingredients: Pu'erh, high mountain oolong, apple, raisins, hibiscus, spearmint, elderberries, coconut chips, freeze-dried banana, rose petals, freeze-dried cherries, and raspberries.
Moderate Level of Caffeine.
