Yerba Mate is a naturally caffeinated plant that is native to South America. Many indigenous peoples called it the “drink of the gods” and is traditionally drank using a bombilla and a gourd. This pungent herbaceous & grassy tea is sure to wake you up and keep you energized. Our current mate comes from Argentina.

Steeping Suggestions:

Hot: Temp: 212°F Amount: 2 tsp. of tea. Steep: 5 minutes

Iced: Steep 1 oz of tea overnight (or 8-12 hours) in 1 liter of water.
